We couldn't have asked for more gorgeous weather, as the sun shone down on us for Megan and George’s wedding day.
Megan opted for The Dukes Head Hotel in the centre of historic King's Lynn for her bridal preparations, giving me the opportunity to film there for the first time. She then travelled in a stunning white Rolls Royce to the Red Barn in South Runcton for the marriage ceremony and afternoon tea. The perfect weather and rustic atmosphere of the Red Barn was complemented by the serene harp playing of Lucinder Pennick, providing the perfect stage for couple’s happy day. Breaking from tradition, Megan was given away by her mum and George’s dad acted as best man (who had the best dad banter in his speech!). It wouldn’t be wedding without tears and mirth, and both were much in evidence during the speeches. And, as the sun set gloriously on Megan and George’s wedding day, Beats & Pieces provided the music for the evening’s festivities.
Oh, keep an eye out for the calf who takes a fancy to Megan’s bouquet!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Stevens, I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
